RESOURCE- Fat-free ReStructure Cookie
In a mixing bowl add:
3/4 cup water
1 teaspoon ReMag
1/2 teaspoon ReMyte
1/2 teaspoon ReCalcia
1 teaspoon vanilla
mix and add to that:
1/3 cup Truvia Baking Blend
1/2 cup RESTRUCTURE vanilla protein dry mix
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup buckwheat flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
Note: You can add 2-3 tbs of butter for a buttery rich flavor OR make as is.
Combine ingredients and stir in 3/4 cup walnuts. Drop onto prepared cookie sheet by Tablespoonfuls. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
You can make sandwich cookies by cutting them open and adding frosting or ice cream.
They freeze well too.
