Returning Unopened Products for Credit or Exchange
If there is a problem with your order or any of the products you receive from us, please let us know within 30 days of receipt. The FDA discourages accepting shipped or open products in return. This is to prevent bioterrorism and product tampering. Unlike other companies, we do not encourage you to return the unused portion of the product - we ask you to keep it and if necessary discard it at your location. If you have a concern about a product that you have received, please contact a Customer Service Representative for additional support.
Open Product Return Policy
If there is a problem with your order or any of the products you receive from us, please let us know within 30 days of receipt. The FDA discourages accepting shipped or open products in return. If you have a concern about a product that you have already opened, please contact a Customer Service Representative within 30 days for additional support. We will make arrangements with you for a store credit or exchange.
How to Ship your Unopened Product for Credit or Exchange
If you receive authorization to return a product for reasons other than refund, credit or exchange, you must have a RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION written on the outside of your box. Call 888-577-3703 or email firstname.lastname@example.org for your RMA and mailing instructions. Once we receive your authorized return in our Returns Department process and notify you within 10 days.
In the event that your package is returned due to a delivery failure on the part of a courier or postal carrier, or you are returning open products for any reason, your purchase price can be refunded less a product destruction fee of 25%.
PRODUCTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE AFTER 60 DAYS FROM THE PURCHASE DATE.
