Returning Unopened Products for Credit or Exchange

If there is a problem with your order or any of the products you receive from us, please let us know as soon as possible. Should it become necessary to return unopened product for credit or exchange, you may return it within 30 days of the date of purchase. 

Please note: We are unable to resell a product once it is shipped.Perishable or consumable items, such as liquid minerals, cannot be returned unless it is damaged or wrongly shipped. Due to the nature of such product, we cannot resell or refurbish the product for resale, and therefore cannot accept returns for non-damaged items. We do this to prevent tampering of our product and protect the end-user. The seller shall not be liable for defects resulting from goods being stored or used where unsuitable environmental conditions prevail or which have been subject to abnormal degrees of temperature, humidity, light, strain or other treatment.

How to Ship your Unopened Product for Credit or Exchange

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your unopened items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you return unopened products for exchange, the cost to ship replacement products may require additional payment.

Prior to shipping your return please contact our Returns Department by phone or email to get a RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION and instructions on where to ship your package.  Call 888-577-3703 or email for your RMA and mailing instructions.

In the event that your package is returned due to a delivery failure on the part of a courier or postal carrier your purchase price can be refunded less a product destruction fee of $20%.

Open Product Policy 

The FDA prohibits us from accepting any open or used products. Unlike other companies, we do not encourage you to return the unused portion of the product - we ask you to keep it and if necessary discard it at your location. If you have a concern about a product that you have already opened, please contact a Customer Service Representative for additional support.
