Dosing RnA Drops

Beginning Your RnA Drops

The following is stated on the RnA Drops label: “Begin at one drop twice a day for one week and increase by one or two drops each subsequent week.” If you are just beginning your RnA Drops, put 1 drop under your tongue twice a day for at least one week (days 1-7). Then increase to two Drops twice a day (days 8-14); take the second dose many hours before you go to bed. Then increase by one Drop or two in subsequent weeks continuing with regular weekly increases until you get to 15 Drops twice a day. Let the Drops sit under your tongue for a few minutes, rolling around in your mouth for the benefit of your gums and teeth.

What’s an Average Dose? The average dose that you work up to is very individual. It can be from 5-20 drops sublingually twice daily.  We suggest you do not mix the RnA Drops with any other substance, and put the full amount of Drops under your tongue at the same time. For the most part, don’t take a few Drops many times a day (just twice a day). However, we do have the testimonial of one cancer patient who finds that 3 Drops every few hours gives him energy, and that’s how he chooses to take his Drops. Another RnA Drops user, Lynn, the marathoner, splits up her doses and takes them many times throughout her very active day. Yes, there are always exceptions to the rule!

With the RnA Sample bottle, you can stay at 2-3 drops a day for one month as you decide whether you want to engage in a larger size of RnA Drops. After you are already using the regular size RnA Drops Drops bottle, you may want the ReBob bottle [twice the size of the regular bottle] so you can take more and just pour it into a spoon - that dose can be 60 drops twice a day or more. But never start with such a high dose.

Can I mix with food or water?

Don't dilute the RnA Drops in any food or liquid. RnA Drops work most effectively when they are mixed with the saliva in your mouth. You may eat or drink 15 minutes after taking your Drops under your tongue.

In pregnancy or while breastfeeding

We don't advise women who are pregnant or breastfeeding to begin taking RnA Drops. But if you are already on RnA Drops and you become pregnant, continue as usual. If you are breastfeeding, you could begin the ReAline capsules to prepare for taking the RnA Drops when you stop breastfeeding.

The reason we don’t recommend them for pregnant women is because that is the FDA rule for any supplement where the nutrient has not been vetted in a clinical trial involving pregnant women.  Do we think they’re wonderful and certainly not harmful – of course – but most every supplement you find that has any FDA compliance or oversight would not recommend their product for a pregnant woman per those guidelines. Exceptions are products like magnesium, vitamin c, etc which have been tested and proven beneficial for every pregnant gal.

While on medications

RnA Drops are a food-based product with a base of barley sprouts. We do not anticipate any adverse reactions from any medications, but we do advise you to begin the Drops even more slowly than recommended above. Begin with 1 Drop per day for one week and then increase to 1 Drop twice a day. Thereafter, increase by 1 Drop per week until you reach the average dose of 5-20 Drops twice per day.

Is it appropriate to vary my dosage every day?

No, it can be a more effective and smoother process if adjustments to dosage are done weekly. For example, if you are presently taking 8 Drops twice a day, stay with that dose for one week before increasing or decreasing, as noted above.

If I forget to take the Drops for a day or two, should I go back to the starting dose?

You can start back up where you left off if you missed just a day or two. But if you missed a week or more, go back to 3 Drops 2x/day and increase by a Drop each day to your previous dosage.

If I want to take the RnA Drops on my skin instead of under my tongue, do I take the same dosage?

We do have the ReNew product for transdermal application but yes, if you wanted to use your RnA Drops on your skin, you would apply the oral dosage to various parts of your body.
