Ginney's Keto Pizza Crust Recipe

Okay- I am sending you the link to the keto pizza base recipe- once you get the 'base' or the crust done - then you can do your own toppings that are keto -

NOTE:  I have changed the recipe on the crust to make it firmer

 

Once you are done drying out the chicken in the oven- then toss it with 1/3 cup of almond flour - THEN add the egg and 2 tbsp of parmesan and follow the recipe to completion

 

ALSO - BONUS - my enchiladas - 

 

The key is to get a low-carb flatbread at your local grocery store -here in NC we have Harris Teeter and they have this brand:

I use this as my 'tortilla' - I cut them in half and then make the enchilada accordingly

 

Use do something similar to this recipe - just add lots of cheese and sour cream to up your fats!!!
