RnA ReSet's Healthy Low Fat Low Sugar Peanut Butter Cookies

In a food processor with knife in place, add: 
3/4 cup of peanut butter
1 tablespoon coconut oil 
3 tablespoons honey 
2 tablespoons Truvia brown sugar blend
1 egg (large)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract 
1/4 cup milk  with 2 teaspoons ReMag and 1 teaspoon ReMyte
Blend 12 seconds, then add: 
1/2 cup gluten free flour
1/4 teaspoon baking soda 
1/2 teaspoon baking powder 
Blend 12 seconds until well mixed.
Drop onto prepared cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 10 minutes. I like to put chocolate chips on top or mix some in to batter. Cool completely and enjoy.
