Recipe: Patrik's ReStructure Banana Bread


240g of whole wheat flour
2 scoops of restructure
10 drops of rna drops
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp sea salt
65g coconut oil
3 ripe bananas cut into slices
105g of erythritol or brown sugar
3 large eggs


Preheat oven to 350 F
Grease loaf pan with butter
In large bowl sift together the flour ,baking soda ,salt.
Combine the oil, bananas, brown sugar and cook on medium low heat for 5 min until bananas have softened .. let cool for 10 min
Combine bananas, eggs, restructure and rna drops in a blender and process to a. Smooth purée.. fold the banana mixture into flour .. pour the batter into the loaf pan.
Bake the bread for 42 min.. let the bread cool in the pan for 10 min .. then unfold the loaf and let cool for 30 min.

Also if you like the bread to have a more moisture , you can add like a tablespoon or 2 of grass fed butter!

For the glaze I use only erythritol, cinnamon , one scoop of restructure or even 2 scoops and 10 rna drops ... mix it all together with 3-4 teaspoons of water and spread on the top of the bread!

60g of powdered erythritol or powdered sugar and pinch of cinnamon and 2 scoops of restructure and 10 rna drops

Bonus— I use remag water for the glaze.
