RnA ReSet Precepts/Principles

  1. Expect Well-being.  Well-being is the dominant force on our wonderful planet and within our physical bodies. With well-being as our goal, we acknowledge what’s working about our lives and our bodies and what we appreciate about our circumstances and health – however challenged we may be in any given moment. Expecting well-being also relaxes our minds and bodies which also improves our performance.
  2. Partners in Power - Hand in hand with Expect Well-Being is our commitment to partner with you in your own place of power.  We stand with each and every individual, regardless of gender, ethnicity, or creed - and we honor each person's God-given ability to be healthy, vital, alive and in your own ascended place of power. Seeing each person as The Light levels the playing field and creates an environment for powerful, consistent outcomes regardless of perceived limitations. We choose bridges - not walls.
  3. Be Fully Engaged: We engage our customers in vibrant, dynamic dialog through unique, authentic media that stimulates our customer’s imagination and fuels their expectancy for more. We create radio programming, video, and social media that expose our customers to new precepts, narratives, and media environments. 
  4. Take Personal Responsibility: Our products and our customer service are based on the premise that individuals have a right to develop their own health practice, rather than having it imposed upon them. We encourage our customers to ‘partner’ with us in co-creating the health and well-being outcomes they desire.
  5. Transparency:  Cultivating an open environment where our customers are our partners is key! CEO Dr. Carolyn Dean leads the way by making herself available to the entire world in her weekly live, call-in radio show. Customer service staff and distribution personnel all make their vibrant and visible contribution in all interactions. Our customers respond in kind, sharing their experiences, their successes, and their concerns through our social media, email, and radio platform. Our practitioners and doctors share their insights as well and keep us all inspired. The sharing of experience, ideas, and resources through and to our doctors, customers, and health organizations  play the biggest part in our success.
